How I record my music
All of my songs are recorded at home on the computer, with very little outboard equipment and only one keyboard module. The drums are programmed, along with any other instrument that isn't a guitar.
Okay, obviously the vocals aren't either. I sing as many of the harmonies as I can, but sometimes my other half, Natalie, helps me out.
I don't record using a guitar amplifier, seeing as I'm quite happy with the guitar effects processors I use. Although all acoustic guitar sounds are recorded with a condensor microphone.
